Rule 42
Petitioner to assist court
(1) Except in the case of circumstances beyond control, the petitioner shall be present at every stage of the hearing of the dispute of public rights or concerns and shall be made to do the work of pleading and pleading according to the order of the court.
(2) The petitioner shall continuously study and investigate the dispute of public rights or concerns registered by the petitioner and provide all possible assistance to the court to resolve the dispute.
